I think that, as a teenager, I
    must have scrapped a million
square feet of plastic or metal
tile ( grey, pink, black or any
combination of the same) off of
plaster walls to make way for
    modern 4" x 4" ceramic tile.
These days I am tearing out old
4" x 4" ceramic tile walls to make
way for cement tile backer and
any of a huge array of styles
and sizes of ceramic or natural
    stone tiles. Formica vanities with
    cultured marble tops have given
way to a huge selection of wood
vanity choices with stone tops or
    a large assortment of pedestal
    sinks. There are so many
materials to choose from for a
    bathroom that some of my
    clients become overwhelmed
and ask me to bring them a
    narrow assortment to choose
from. I guess if you are going to
have a problem having too many
choices is  a nice one to have.
Here are a few recent bathrooms
    that I built.
