Dear Bill Today I will! The reason for this letter is to tell you how absolutely thrilled Mani and I are with the work you did in gutting and completely redesigning our kitchen. For me, especially, it is wonderful just walking in there every day. Your company did the best job, were so considerate of our schedules, and completed everything when you said you would. Not only that you were a perfectionist, which is a rare thing these days. You noticed things that we never would have and corrected them. I think the best part of working with you was your "Can-do" attitude. When we had so many other companies out to get quotes, all they would do was talk about problems. You talked about solutions and were not ruffled by obstacles. That was wonderful as it took a lot of the pressure off of us and turned into your capable hands. I don't know if you realize how many times I pass out your name to people. Just yesterday in Jewel at the fruit department, I overheard ladies talking about remodeling. I had to go up and sing your praises. The quality of work is unsurpassed. I thank you so much for everything. We do miss seeing your smiling face around here. I hope all is well and that you are happy and healthy. If there is ever anything I can do, or if you need any referrals, please feel free to pass along my name and number. Dear Bill, I just wanted to let you know that our basement is "officially" finished! The painting is done (including a large mural of "Big Boy", the 1956 diner version) and the carpet is in. We are very happy with it and Bill is thrilled to have his guitars and amps set up again as I am to have the keyboards up. We even had room for a TV area and a table under the Coca-Cola lamp.
